Roo? Breed?

I am thinking this is a Roo? And would you happen to identify breed? Thanks!!!

I see nothing to indicate a cockerel at this stage. Not sure on breed. It looks similar to a Rhode Island red or New Hampshire, but the legs appear to be white, which doesn't fit those breeds.

Too young to tell. The comb is a little large, but not overly so for a single combed pullet. Im not sure what breeds are red but have white legs.

Thank you, I was looking at the tail feathers and they seemed very high compared to my others. I am a new mama only had chickens for a year now.

It's really about the comb and wattles at young ages-- size and color.
