I had an older rooster who last week began flopping over to one side, could not walk right, eventually could not stand and passed watery stool, he died before I could treat him. Now his son who is about 1 year old is showing the same symptoms. I've isolated him, he can still walk but is off balance. Comb is normal but he also has water stool. I don't think it is Marek's unless they got it from a crow. Could it be poison?

It could be a number of things. The first thing I would consider is whether or not it's possible this bird got into anything. Somethings most people don't consider harmful, yet they can be, are compost piles, rotting vegetation/leaves, maggots.

How about weight - could you feel their keel? Any evidence of lice/mites against the skin? Even after they're dead, I'd check for these things to help the rest of your flock.

These things you can at least rule out in your process of determining the problem. Then if you say "yes" to any of the above, you can fix the issues. Otherwise you can move on to things like mareks, etc.
