Roo in Shock?

I appreciate everyone’s help. To recap, my partner and I caught’em last night and left him in our dog crate. He was lethargic, and could barely drink some of the Gatorade. He did have an open wound under his neck and we tried our best to clean it and applied VetRX.
We checked on him every hour and we thought he was doing better since he was attempting to drink on his own. But an hour ago our boy passed. Kinda upset, but at least I know he’s not in pain.
