My roo recently cut his leg So I separated him and put him on antibiotics. He has been separated for about 4 days. He is still limping. Do I need to keep him quiet and not let him free range or will he get better faster if I let him out?

I'd let him out and keep an eye on him if possible. If the other chickens start to pick on him, I'd isolate him again.

I would keep him isolated from the others until the wound has healed. Chooks are notorious for pecking away at injured birds.
