Roo? Midnight Majesty Maran

First time chicken mom here and I’m really thinking this almost 4 month old Midnight Majesty is a roo. Thoughts? Pictures online were hard to find and some hens had larger combs, but this seems excessively large??

This may very well be a midning majesty marans, a sex link hybrid between barred rock hen and BCM rooster. Male chicks feather in dark barred with varying amounts of copper coloring overlay. Could be this fella has not really developed this. Most cuckoo marans in US do not have feathered legs and are much more white with black then black with white, if that makes sense. You do not see them often as the sex link hybrids are bred for female chicks primarily.
I agree, he is a boy!
