Roo moving to the country, how will the girls react?

I have found a new home for my Supposed To Be A Girl Barred Rock Roo, he moves out tomorrow. That leaves me with 3 pullets, 16 weeks old. Whenever any of them lose sight of the others, they seem to freak out, so what should I be expecting when Pippin has left and the girls catch on? Any advice? Do I have to sit in the run and read them bedtime stories?
