Roo not Roostering?

I got a run of 8 female barred rocks or so I thought. Quickly one stood out from the rest. Thought for sure I had myself a roo. But he still isn’t making any noise do I really have a roo? They are about 14-15 weeks. any input would be welcomed.

That has been my thought but not a peep out of him . Is that normal, when should I expect to crowing to start?

He could start crowing any time. He may never crow at all.

Is he your only cockerel? If you have more than one and he's not the dominant one he may not crow.

He’s my only one. Doesn’t seem to be very dominant he attempts to hassle the girls but they aren’t phased by him lol.

Rooster! As far as crowing or other male activities. Some start later than other. He’ll figure it out

I have one wife, one daughter, one granddaughter, another granddaughter ETA Sept11/2018 and a Female lab named BooBoo. I am not allowed to crow either!
I love them all but I'm drowning in the estrogen ocean here! lol
