Roo or cockerel

This is Betsy. Can you help us figure out if this is a Roo or not. He/she is two months old.

We're kind of new to this but based on what we're going through with our 8 week olds and how they look, I am leaning towards pullet. As I said though, we're very new to this.

I'm also new here, but I have Gold Laced Wyandottes, and yours looks like a pullet. One of my 5 pullets ended up being a cockerel, and at 2 months of age, his waddles were long and red, and his rose comb was thicker than the ladies.
