Roo or Hen? 18 week lavender ameraucanas

One like to stick his head up and "watch" the flock while they eat. He stands between our dogs and the hens. He comes to me and checks me out first (along with our RIR hen). His hackle feathers are a little longer and pointier. One of our hens has all the feathers removed from the back of her neck and he seems to peck at her. No crowing yet. He is the most likely roo based on behavior. I know that Ameraucanas are slow maturing (from what I have read) but these guys are giving me mixed signals.
