Welcome to BYC -- unfortunately I am not seeing any photos of the bird, once you get a photo (or two) posted we can help you sort it out right quick as at 10 weeks the gender will be fairly apparent.

There is a EE sexing thread, you should try posting there. From what I've learned from that thread, some features of your bird indicate a roo and some indicate a pullet. The comb isn't a typical pea comb, as seen in most EE, so that's throwing me a little. The tail feathers look pointed at the end, instead of rounded, so that looks more like a roo. The red patches on the wings are typical in roos in EE too. I'm not an expert though. Try that EE sexing tips and tricks thread. Post there.

I'd say cockerel - the brick red patchy color on the wing bow (note how it differs in color from that around the neck/chest) and prominent, pink comb at this age all point to cockerel.
