It looks like a pullet to me, just looking at the tail feathers but would need a close up picture of neck feathers just to make sure. It really looks like a pullet.

I'm leaning towards cockerel, though a better photo would help. I think I might see some saddle feathers near the tail (the darker red feathers), but can't be sure.

the tail feathers will do it the rooster generaly has extended tail feathers that droop down at the end and the two droopy things under her face would be a lot bigger by now.

some of the feathers look like they want to droop so maybe you got yourself a young cockarel

Looks like a cockerel to me. I can see saddle feathers and darker coloring in the shoulder/wingbow.
