Its a tad early, but I'm pretty good at guessing these guys as I've had quite a few and I'd say boy.

I have about 7 of Mille Fleur D'uccle bantams that are about 3 weeks old. Out of those seven I am 100% certain that 2 of them are roosters. Compared to the other 5 it's so obvious to me. And they look just like your little boy ;-)

Definately a boy. I just went through this with 4 Mille Fleurs, one of mine was a boy, too.
