roo or hen, please! (thank you)

Hello all! We took in this approx 12-week old chicken....was told she is a Production Red, and I have never had one of these. Is it too soon to tell if I have a cockerel or a pullet? New green tail feathers are coming in, and the chicken is exhibiting fighting/bullying behavior to the other two pullets that we got at the same time, which are about 4 weeks younger. Glossier/greasy looking feathers too. I don't see any saddle feathers yet, but the hackles seem pointy. Not sure if this one is acting like a mama hen or a rooster. I've of course been obsessing about this chicken since we are falling in love with it, but we definitely cannot keep a rooster in our suburban backyard.
