Roo or hen? Svart hona breed

2 months old, hates being picked up like a hen but very slow comb development and body development compared to some other breeds. Also bought this beautiful “pullet” the other day and she is super calm does anyone know the breed? last photo

I can only see half of the other chick but it looks like some sort of crested egger.

Nevermind, you added more pictures. The last girl is either an Ameraucana or EE.

both girls, bottom one is easter egger or ameracauna, not svart hana
