Roo? or hen?

This is my new astralorp chick.

He /she was unwanted so took her home. Super sweet chick always wanting affection from the kids. Little bossy with our other hen chicks in brooder though. I'm assuming 4 weeks old approx. feathers are sparce in areas not sure if an age thing or mistreatment /stress because I don't know it's exact age, quite a big comb which is light pink and wattles look like they are just popping out also light pink. But the small tail is confusing me. I've never had an austrlorp so I'm not sure if it's a he or she. Anyone got any thoughts? Thank you.

In a couple weeks or so it will have all its feathers and you will be able to tell for sure.
