Roo or Hen?

What breed or Gender is this? I'm super confused with this one he/she acts like a Hen but the waddle and comb are throwing me off, they are not red but pink, the tail feathers are rounded but "fluffy" they don't point up or down but every which way. out of both BA I have he/she is more "grown up" than the other. Can anyone help me?

he/she is estimated to be 12-14 weeks old.

Looks to be a pullet, unsure of the breed ... The white around the eyes throw me off. Almost thinking Black Orpington but possible Australorp but then again I'm not very knowledgable with all the different breeds.

I would say hen, I to have a black hen bought as jersey giant but she’s half the size and lays white eggs so I have no clue on breed. Then just wondering do pictures make them look bigger? Cause my 14 week old chicks aren’t as big as pictures I see on here.
