Roo or hen?

Getting mixed feeling on this one. About 13wks. The only one out of 8 chickens that hasn't got it's "voice". It still baby cherps. A forward shot makes me think hen, but the dark coloring and back feathers make me think Roo..HELP! Was gonna give away, since I can't have Roosters, but the person that want "him" says its a hen..

That’s a Polish cockerel. A Polish pullet or hen will have a nice round crest while Polish cockerels and cocks will have a crest that sort of looks like it’s been patted down the middle.
