This bantam silkie is 6 months old and i want to know if it is a roo or hen?!??!?!?!?!!?

He or She hasn't crowed or layed an egg yet so who knows! I read though that if their poof is not poofy and spiked/mohawkish it is a roo! PLEASE HELP!!
