Roo or hen?

this buff is about 20 weeks. Got as baby but still am wondering the sex. Combs and waddles are bright red. And very local this morning maybe trying to crow but maybe just talking.
 
Im sorry, But this looks to be a Cockeral... by 20 weeks, a pullet should be showing some pink in the comb, not a full blown comb and wattles.

I'm having a hard time identifying if these chicks are hens or roosters. They are partridge silkies can anybody help?
 
Right looks male. Left looks female.

Left photo makes me think boy while the right makes me think girl. Ehh not sure.

At first glance, this appeared to be a rooster, but the comb isn't what I would consider large enough to be a Roo at this point. Also, the legs appeared taller and thicker when the picture was small, but they are more proportionate when examined more closely. I am going to have to vote HEN, and I hope I'm not wrong!
 
It could be maturing. Pullets can get loud when the it's egg time. Mine scream sometimes.
