Roo or Hen??

First one: I'd call it pullet.

Second one: Roo. While the comb is not as big as most roos that age, look at the tail feathers compared to the feathers of the first one. This one has the curled, fountain, droop look going.

Once again thanks to everyone for helping me with sexing my chicks. Looks like out of 10 chicks hatched this past summer 8 will be roos. Now to find them all good homes.
