Unfortunately the picture you posted is way too fuzzy to be able to determine sex. We need a few clear closer up pictures of that bird in order to determine sex. Try to post a close up of the head showing comb development and also a few good side shots of the bird/s standing up showing neck, back and tail feathers.
Assuming you are asking about sex on both? If so we really need clearer pictures of each bird showing comb development, and then good side views of each so we can see legs, neck,back and tail feather development. : )
