Roo or no?

Almost 10 weeks, Easter Egger, Chippy... Roo or no?

its comb says pullet but the coloring says roo. It looks like its starting to develop some red wings which could mean boy.

That's a pullet.

Yes, there are some red areas on the wings. But, it's in the wrong spot for them to be the Red Patches of Death that herald a cockerel. Cockerel's are on the top of the wing, farther forward, and a brighter red.

I'd monitor the development (if any) of the red near the wings but otherwise looks like a pullet to me.

I'd say pullet.. now enough pinking/redding in the comb and waddles should be in by now even a little bit.
