Denial of roosters is a pretty strong emotion, huh? My mom is still in denial about our RIR cockerel being a cockerel.
I think there are many factors to your GLW that point to boy, aside from the comb and wattle, but what stands out to me is 1) face(I know, comb and wattles, but still), 2) legs, and 3) the colour/pattern
Like mentioned above, Hermoine's colouring as far as pattern goes seems to be mostly where adult roosters will have the most colour/patterning, ie, the chest and wings.
(found these pics on google, I believe the baby should be a cockerel, or at least that's what the pic was labeled and it looks like a boy to me)

You can see the more solid golden wings and the lacing on the chest, pattern definitely developing similarly on Hermoine
Big, thick, long legs are also signs of rooster, and wyandottes, at least mine, have thick legs in general, but looking at mine next to yours, Hermoine's legs look a lot bigger on her/him than they do on mine(which I've been told were pullets)

This is my 8 week old GLW pullet Ruby

See her patterning is a bit more spread out and not as concentrated in one area, and her legs look a lot smaller in proportion to her body than Hermoine's do to his/her body. Also there is an obvious difference in the faces between the two of our chicks.
But to be honest, I thought Ruby was a boy for awhile and people were saying a few weeks ago she was looking a little male-ish, but nothing concrete, and now they say she's a pullet and she definitely ACTS like a pullet. She is one of the most passive chickens I have, and my cockerel RIR(I guess RIRs are a little bold anyway...) definitely acted like a boy, and you said in your OP that Hermoine acts rooish?
Definitely wait a few more weeks to see how Hermoine develops, but I'd say it's safe to assume she's actually a 'he' unless she ends up surprising you(and me) and laying an egg =)
Edit: accidentally posted a pic of GL Orpington rooster, not a wyandotte, sorry; fixed it and now it SHOULD be a wyandotte (knew it was wrong when I saw the GL'wyandotte' had pink legs...)
