Roo or pullet - mixed breeds

Hi! We have three mixed breed chickens that I think are about 10-12 weeks old (please correct me if I am wrong!). One of them seems to be growing a crow/wattles at a faster rate than the others, and also has a more adventurous and loving personality. Is it a roo? It is the one on the left/front of group
