Roo or pullet? Silver Polish...please help

I'm needing help in telling if my children is a pullet or cockerel. He/she is 8-9 weeks old. I'm leaning towards Roo as it seems much larger than the other polish chick I acquired at the same time (same hatch)

Looks like a pullet to me as this stage! Come back in a few weeks and it should be quite clear
