Roo or pullet????

We just received 2 EE's ( I think) about a week ago from a friend. They are 7 weeks old and one of them made this crazy noise this morning. It really sounded like a young rooster. It also has a red comb that adds to my curiosity. Here's a couple of pics. Could someone please tell me what they think? Roo or pullet?

I am going to say Cockerel due to the comb at only 7 weeks and it looks like some red is showing up in the wing shoulder area.
