looks like a rooster to me you can tell by the comb it will get dark red long befor the hens get red and it will be nice and bigger then the hens the wattle will get red befor the hens and will be bigger the feathers on the back hanging of will be pointy a hens will be perfectly round you can also look on you tube and they will show you how

Here is a picture of it's brother who is crowing and has different feathering. The two of them are inseparable.
