Roo or Pullet?

I have two Olive Eggers bought from Chickens for backyards. They will be 9 weeks on Monday June 20, 2022. This colorful one was the first to get tail feather and wing feathers, but now she/he has a red comb and waddles, I don't see any saddle feathers but the tail feather look a little like a Roo. No crowing yet. One picture is of both the olive eggers next to each other.

Dang, I was so hopeful for a hen, oh well time to find a new home.
