Roo or pullet?

I have a 3 week old Salmon Faverolle, I'm thinking it's a boy, but I need confirmation. It's from a breeder, who has very nicely colored SF, so the odds of it being a dark female IMO are slim but still holding out hope it's a hen. Thoughts?

Update: It's a HE! I also checked with the breeder he came from, and she confirmed it. Here is an updated pic.
