Roo or pullet

Really not sure what the parents are. The roo I think is a golden pheinox. The hen some sort of bantam.

Even if half golden pheinox (if not at least chicken) it is feathered like a pullet and the comb looks like a pullet to me (at least). Most roos will feather more colorful and have darker breast feathers in most cases (but not in all). Lighter breeds (even crosses of such) will be different.
