Roo or pullet?

Is this olive egger a roo or pullet? It is 11 weeks old.

Cockerel. Pullets cannot have gold on their shoulders.

Really? Pullet? I was really leaning towards a Roo but want to be sure. The other chicks the same age as this one, aren't red at all one their combs. It's tail feathers are pointed which you can't really see in the pics. I will try to get a better picture of it tomorrow. It is hard, they are so fasssssst!!
No gold on shoulders of pullets? Do I understand that right?

roo - look at the curved tail feathers in the second pic
