Yep, the roos are always the flashy ones. Just for further reference, a bird that color will always be a rooster, with the red on the wings like that.

Both Roos, my EE's are the same age as yours and there combs are nowhere near as big or red as yours! My RIR's are the same age too and they have tiny combs, red, but tiny!
