Ok this girl is about 11.5 weeks and I have never question that she was indeed a she...until now. Her comb has never gotten large but it has turned pretty pink/red in the past week and now she seems to be developing saddle and hackle feathers.

I believe her to be a bantam cornish or a bantam cornish cross. I'm REALLY hoping my worries are unfounded, if I'm right however that would mean I have 3 Roo's and I'll have to find 'Him' a new home....help?

These feathers are whats worrying me...

She has never held her tail upright like my other Roo's but she is top 'hen' of the flock...or maybe top roo

I think you have a pullet but I could be mistaken.

Oh why did Big Momma have to be Big Papa. *sigh* I've grown attached to all of my flock so I may try to keep all 3 of my Roos and see how they do. This guy and my OEGB grew up together so I think they'll be alright however my EE Roo who's younger and not yet intergrated may be an issue...maybe if I can get them all together soon enough they'll get along as adults? I have 8 LF hens and 3 bantam hens...may need to get a few more banty hens for my little Roo's....Hmm now I'm wondering what a Banty Cornish cross crossed with a SLW or Red sex link will make...guess I'll find out this fall.
