Roo or pullet?

Need some help. I have some white leghorns and wondering if I got a roo. What do you think? They are all the same age 3-4 weeks but one of their comb is growing much faster.

and the tail and wing feathers are way shorter then others...has to be a roo

Yep! Pretty sure. Check and see if "his" feet are quite a bit bigger too. That is another sign to look for......
