Roo Pullett or one of each?

I have a couple of approx 22week old black australorps. Supposedly they are both pullets, but they have a very different appearance. Roo or pullets

My australorp hen looks exactly like that. We received 1 egg over a month ago (I think it was some type of oops) but are looking forward to more and more!! She is 21.5 weeks old - hope that helps!

I'm wondering why the one has such an advanced comb & the other one isn't showing any sign of one as yet.

hens mature at different ages

They are both from the same hatching

I have 3 from the same hatching and all three have different size combs and wattles - 1 is really red, other is light red, and the other is pinkish. Only one is laying at 24 weeks.
