Roo with broken leg??

My best roo has had a problem with his leg for over a month now. I don't know if it is broken and I am not sure how I would tell. Too look at it it does not seem out of place or twisted in any way. The problem area would be "the knee". Is that would you would call it? If you run your hand up his leg from his feet the first joint you come to... It started out a little swollen and warm. He would not walk on it much and put very little pressure on it. I have been keeping him my garage since then in a cage so he won't be walking on it much all though I do let him out every other day for a bit to stretch. It is more swollen now and still warm to the touch. I hate to put him down since he is my fave roo and has a lot to offer.
I have no idea what to do. If it was broken would he recover from it? Should we tape it up?

Whatevers wrong it is urgent. ! If it is warm i would say it is broken. You can't pop it back in placE? I hope someone here has more experience.

I have wiggled it around. It doesn't move much. I thought if it was out of broken it would be obvious to me. Maybe not.
