Roo with runny nose

Our cochin rooster has had a runny nose for the past two days. Whitish clear in color. He's still eating and drinking. He was out free-ranging yesterday and was feeling good enough to chat up the hens in the other run and puff feathers at the other rooster. Coop got cleaned yesterday and I let it air out some.

ANy advice?
