Roo?

I am unsure of breed but I think "he" is about 5 to 6 weeks old.
Do you think it's a Roo? Thoughts?

I would say roo. He's got pretty good comb and waddle development that is starting to show color already.

His chest is turning a little brown.

It looks like a roo to me. And I agree that he is a very good looking young man.
