Ok so I know this is a popular question these days and we also sometimes need to wait longer but we live in an area that is absolutely no roosters allowed :/ in our flock of 6 we have 2 Columbian Rocks. They are both 5.5 weeks old. One is larger and with quite the tail feathers... are we looking at a Roo in this one? The pic of the Columbian Rock eating from our girls hand is the smaller one with less tail feathers - same age. TIA

Tail feathers are still growing in at their age so you can't use them to tell sex. At their age you look at comb color and development. Appears to be a pullet, but it needs another few weeks to be sure.

Thank you! I saw how different both Columbian Rocks were looking with their tail feathers and started to wonder.
