Roo?

EE about three weeks old. Looks bigger than other EE I got at same time. If it is a roo has to go elsewhere as the city has a strict no roo policy. Any thoughts.

Unfortunately as of right now it is looking like a rooster but I would give it a little more time and then we will know for sure!
