The soffits have wire and are closed, im concerned becausr there are ridge vents over coop and run so my thought was to insulate roof rafters like walls except to put some kind of paper over instead of plywood so we see any animals or damage. The 1/2 inch wire on the ceiling of coop and sand areas but leave the shed area open for access. There will be a vent in the front. The front has three windows and two under the run side. Im more concerned with the roost area that nothing falls from rain or snow on them if the roof is compromised so perhaps put up plywood only over the roost with the wire underneath against rafters. The woods are right behind thisInsulation not really needed.
I would put 1/2" hardware cloth on the underside of rafters to keep bird from roosting up there.
What kind of ventilation do you have...are soffits open?
That is a sweet looking setup!
