Roof of the chicken coop/run???

Hello, I was wondering what people like to put on the chicken coop the best; easy to intal and cheap cost would be nice. If anyone has actually put a roof ( not just nettting) on the chicken coop, do you like it?

This year however, I am upgrading my run and will be using the pvc panels for the roof as I've determined a muddy run equals one unhappy chicky momma!! I hate seeing the girls cooped up in their coop all day because of the rain or snow, so since I know I'm addicted lol, I am going to go ahead and splurge and redo their run.

I covered my run with metal siding - the kind you'd find on a pole barn. It was salvage (hail damage) after the insurance co. replaced it on a friend's barn.... (ie: free). We screwed it to 2x4 supports on 24 inch centers and then sealed with silicon. I love it.
