Hello everyone @ BYC,
My family and I are new flock keepers. We have 7 (hopefully hens) 2 golden laces Wyandottes, 2 Buff orphingtons and 3 Easter eggers I think. We received them at 2 day old chicks and they are now just shy of 6 weeks. So far I think it’s going well with the exceptions...1 of the eggers is on the small side and has been getting constipated somewhat consistently and I’m starting to wonder if one of our Wyandottes might be a male ☹ I did only order 6 chicks from the hatchery so I’m guessing they added an extra bc maybe one couldn’t be sexed before shipping?

I'm brand new to chicks as well but haven't gotten any as of yet. I still have a few things I need to do before we get them. I am looking at getting a few buff Orpingtons and a few Barr rock. I can't wait!!
