Can I bring a older roo in with my hens?

What do you mean by older? Are your hens grown too? If they are all grown then yes, but you still need to quarantee and properly introduce or someone is going to get picked on, probably him. If the hens are still chicks then I would wait till they are grown or he will probably pick on them.

I agree, I don't introduce my young hens until they are almost full grown, so they don't get picked on and bullied! Good luck!!
