It looks to a female to me, but if there is any more crowing then it is cause for concern. Females can make strange noises sometimes, though.

I was thinking the same thing. I don't see any signs of it being a cockerel but obviously if you hear it crowing repeatedly, could be.

I have very noisy pullets and hens. Some honk, some scream, some whine. The crowing is pretty distinctive, though.
