Roos or Hens

I was blessed with a flock of 24 chickens from a friend. They are now 14 weeks old and we still are not sure which is which. Can anyone give me some clue on how to tell them apart. They are layers and we plan to keep the hens but have other homes for the roos. After reading some other post, everyone is asking for a breed. Well, I think mine are a mixed.
