Roos or hens?

My buff laced polish are showing many signs of being roosters but one does not have redness on the top of its beak. Is this still signs of being a rooster? I have one bearded too, is there different signs for that one?

Polish can easily be sexed by their crest feathers. Males will have spiky crazy crests while females have rounded crests.

A picture would be a big help.
