Got 4 baby chicks 11 weeks ago from TSC. 2 of them are White Leghorns. Got them out of the huge trough marked "PULLETS". ;) Now....here they are 11 weeks later. They both started crowing over the weekend and my heart sank. I'm mostly hearing they are roo's, but then i hear that "some" hens crow and some hens have big wattles/combs. Any opinions are appreciated.

I agree, they are cockerels. This breed does have very large combs and wattles but I have owned leghorn pullets and their combs stayed small and pale until they were much older, closer to laying.

x4 both are cockerels. TSC got me too with the white leghorns. I bought 6 and one turned out to be a cockerel. I tried to keep him but he got so mean I had to cull him.
