are these two roos and hens? I think they are 13 weeks

Well they arent mine I am thinking about buying them... and th elady said you cant tell what silkies are by the comb you have to wait till they either lay an egg or crow
 
I really wouldn't consider her an informed source, then. She's either nonsense you or she cannot tell the difference at 3 months. While Silkies are somewhat notorious for being difficult to sex, you can generally bet on the wattles and comb growing faster in males than females.

Btw, crowing isn't 100%, some hens do so. Egg laying is the only guarantee and these birds are way too young for that.
