I'm afraid I already have my answer, but I posted this on an old thread so I am asking again here. These two beauties are almost five months old. No wattles, spurs or crowing, but they're big and starting to act like roosters. Today they bloodied each other slightly.

Update: The white one started crowing this morning.

100% cockerels.
Spurs don't start to come in until much later.
The long pointed saddle and hackle feathers are your identifiers.

Yes, those two are completely and undnieably roosters. I would suggest getting rid of one or both so that your flock can be peaceful again. Good luck.

Oh, that' makes me sad. We had a broody buff and gave her eggs. These two were the only ones that hatched. They're gorgeous birds. We'll have to get rid of both. Not allowed roosters in our town.
